Product Information
1. With performance of the conventional machine unchanged, the upper and lower split frame was changed from a box type to an assembly type.
By removing the inspection door and cover, you can now clean and manage the main unit without disassembling it. Roll replacement can be performed without dividing the upper and lower frames as in the conventional machine. (At least about 50cm of maintenance space is necessary at the front and the rear of roll machines.)
2. The sliding bearing made of gunmetal, which requires lubrication, has been changed to a rolling bearing.
The use of adapters has improved the serviceability for fixing the roll shaft and the bearing.
3. The method of driving force transmission for the main and secondary shafts has been changed from a gear drive to belt drive.
Lubrication is unnecessary, in the same manner as the bearing part.
4. Space between the rolls is adjustable widely from 0mm to 3mm, which enables delicate control.
By putting an additional shaft between the main and the secondary shafts, the belt tension can be kept constant for better force transmission even if the gap between rolls changes.
5. The available roll lengths are 10 inches (φ178 x 250mm) or 20 inches (φ178 x 500mm).
* Conventional flour mills are still available. Use conventional gear types for high-load crushing.
