Product Information
The wooden sieve was changed to an aluminum one, and the rotating stroke speed was readjusted, and ae hanging type of design was adopted.
The product outlet, a container or bag holder, is located directly below the sieve, but you also have an option of employing an air transport or recovery device.
The time-consuming work of cleaning the sieve box is now much easier.
In addition, it is also possible to mount new types of roll machines.

Roll Flour Mill | Sieve | Elevating machine | Total |
---|---|---|---|
2.2kw | 0.75kw | 0.4kw | 3.3kw |
In order not to cut the hull of the wheat, the machine employs the dull/dull type of roll teeth combination, and also a low rotation speed type to limit heat during crushing.
Purpose | Rotation speed of the main milling component | Required Power | Sieve | Sieve mesh | Milling Performance |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Wheat flour | 260rpm | 2.2kw 6P (3hp) | Type B, 2-stage | NP45# 121-mesh | 15 to 30kg/h |
For buckwheat flour milling, V-shaped sharp/sharp roll scoring as well as incorporating the core-removal process necessary to the milling in the sieve, enabling elimination of hull layers mixed in with the shredded flour.
